Pacific Century Fellows meet with Transportation Secretary Mineta.

A graduate of the White House Fellows program, Mufi Hannemann founded the Pacific Century Fellows in 1997 to develop leaders with a greater awareness and sensitivity to the people and institutions of Hawaii and the Pacific Basin. Fellows gain a broader view of civic duty through direct contact with leaders in government, military, business, labor, education, social services and the like. The program encourages the development of long-term relationships between leaders, spanning all generations, united in their commitment to find creative solutions to the challenges facing Hawaii.
